Mid-South Community College and the Arkansas Women’s Business Center are working together to present “Social Media Strategy,” a three-session workshop that begins Tuesday, Oct.8, at 6 p.m.
Two-hour sessions will continue on Thursday, Oct. 10, and Tuesday, Oct. 15. The classes will meet in MSCC’s University Center on the College’s South Campus.
Social media marketing plans are essential for anyone who wants to engage customers effectively, and this workshop will provide valuable information toward that end.
Business owners will learn about different types of social media and identify which avenues would be most effective. Workshop participants will also complete a marketing plan and create an implementation schedule to put the plan in motion.
The registration fee is $30. For information on participating in the workshop, contact Belinda Looney, MSCC Business and Industry Services administrative assistant, at (870) 733-6852 or bclooney@midsouthcc.edu.
The Arkansas Women’s Business Center is committed to providing technical assistance, training, and access to capital services tailored to meet the needs of business owners. The Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
